When will my order be shipped? All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. We only ship from Monday to Friday.

Which courier do you use for delivery? We use UPS for domestic orders and DHL for international orders.

How long does delivery take? Domestic delivery takes 3-7 business days. International delivery normally takes 4-21 business days. Please note that customs clearance may lead to unexpected delays.

Who is responsible for customs fees and duties? Preppy Prodigy will not cover any customs duties, taxes or related charges for international shipments. All fees shall be borne by the buyer.
